Otago Christian Medical Fellowship

Medical School can be a challenging place. This is not only due to the large amount of new information coming from all sides; we are also grappling with new ethical challenges, a growing and changing faith, the professional identity we are beginning to shape, and the surrounding student life.

Otago CMF sees its purpose in this context – to equip medical students with biblical tools, strong friendship, fellowship and prayerful support. We share in the mission statement of CMF students globally – “to glorify God by uniting and equipping doctors and medical students, to live and speak for Jesus in medicine.”

In partnership with the national Christian Medical Fellowship of New Zealand, TSCF staff workers support and equip the student leaders of Otago CMF.
