Communications Manager

Matt joined TSCF in 2026 as Communications Manager bringing over 6 years’ experience in communications and fundraising from Christian ministry in the UK. He loves helping ministries communicate clearly and connect people with what God is doing and is very excited to be part of the TSCF team, where he gets to share stories from student groups across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Born and raised in Staffordshire in the UK, Matt first come to NZ in 2019 to visit his then (extremely) long distance kiwi girlfriend, Amelia, and fell in love with this country. Just a few years later, Matt and Amelia got married in the UK, but they knew they’d come back to NZ one day. In late 2024, they felt God’s call to leave the UK and make NZ their new home together. Just six months later in early 2025, that’s exactly what they did.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Matt reading a book, typing away at his computer, or watching some kind of motorsport (anything with four wheels and an engine!).
