Canterbury Staff Worker
I was born and bred in Timaru, then came to The University of Canterbury to study biology and psychology in 2011. I was involved with the Christian Union there, and that is where I met my husband, Nathan. In 2014 I began working for TSCF at the University of Canterbury. I took a six-month break from late 2015 to work on the fundraising team for St John Ambulance, but I am excited to be returning to work with TSCF part-way through 2016.
A typical week on campus includes meeting up with students to read the Bible, leading a life group, training students to lead groups, organising events on campus, and prayer meetings with staff and students.
I love fashion, shoes, baking and summer. Nathan loves guitar, mountain biking and his job, “making jetpacks” with Martin Aircraft.
