What does it mean to follow Christ on campus? As an interdenominational evangelical group, we seek to encourage each other to find out and act accordingly. We have fun times, but the heart of our meetings is a commitment to know God through the Bible and prayer and to share that with others.
Our main meetings are at 7pm on Friday nights in the Refectory (on the opposite side of the Oval to the dining hall). Depending on the night, we may get in a speaker, study a Bible passage in groups, or have one or more of our members sharing. After that, we share dessert together and hang out for half an hour or three hours!
We also run social after-MUCF activities occasionally, like car rallies and road trips.
As part of our desire to encourage each other and share the gospel with our friends and classmates, we meet at 8am on Mondays in the Chaplaincy (the Centre/ Waiora) for an hour of prayer. We also have some formal outreaches during the year. We have two camps a year: Easter Camp and Girls’/Guys’ camps. Additionally, some of us attend the TSCF's conference - National Conference (during mid-year break) and Student Leadership Conference (November).
Check out our website for more information: http://www.pnmucf.weebly.com.
Pray for wisdom for the committee as there seems to be a lot to do this year.
Pray that our committee might continue to work together.

Pray for fresh inspiration in how we might reach the campus with the good news of the gospel.

Pray that we might be able to contact lots of first years and that they might be willing to join Bible study groups.

We anticipate more than 200 participants for SPaRC (5-9 April). Please pray for a minimum of 30 from NZ to come. We would like to have one student from each TSCF group in NZ.
