Jen is originally from California, where she worked as a soil scientist before moving to Vancouver to study theology at Regent College. Here she met and married her husband James (Otago Team Leader), who brought her to this beautiful country! Unable to satisfy her love of dirt, she can often be seen gardening or composting; otherwise, James and Jen love cooking together, having people over for meals, and going for walks around Dunedin.
Jen worked as Associate Staff in Dunedin during 2011, where she particularly enjoyed meeting up with women from the campus groups for book studies, and running a NewsWatch group for English-learners. This year, as a part-time Regional Staff Worker, she is looking forward to meeting up with more students on a regular basis for small-group studies, and is excited to see more students be grasped by the transforming power of the gospel.
