Massey PN Christian Fellowship
What does it mean to follow Christ on campus? As an interdenominational evangelical group, we seek to encourage each other to find out and act accordingly. We have fun times, but the heart of our meetings is a commitment to know God through the Bible and prayer and to share that with others.
Our main meetings are at 7pm on Friday nights in the MUSA Club Rooms on Concourse (go up the stairs next to the National Bank). Depending on the night, we may get in a speaker, study a Bible passage in groups, or have one or more of our members sharing. After that, we share dessert together and hang out for half an hour or three hours!
We also run social after-MUCF activities occasionally, like car rallies and road trips.
As part of our desire to encourage each other and share the gospel with our friends and classmates, we meet at 8 am on Wednesdays in the Chaplaincy (the Centre/ Waiora) for an hour of prayer. We also have some formal outreaches during the year. We have two camps a year: Easter Camp and girls’/ guys’ camps. Additionally, some of us attend the TSCF's conference - National Conference (Mid-Year break) and Student Leadership Conference (November).
