TSCF is about people. We are a movement of people from a diversity of backgrounds, countries, and generations. We are united by our faith in Christ, and our desire to see people in the universities transformed by the gospel.
You’ll find lots of different people, with a huge variety of gifts, serving in different ways:
Around 1000 students are involved in TSCF groups across the country. From all sorts of countries and cultures, studying a whole range of subjects, some are discovering Jesus for the first time while others have been Christians for as long they can remember. Campus groups are led by students - we believe they're the best people to reach their campuses and it's a great opportunity to develo0p leadership skills.

There are around 30 full-time staff working for TSCF.
Staff Workers meet with students on campus, supporting and training leaders, equipping and advising student committees, meeting with students to read the Bible and doing anything else to help students reach students for Christ.
Team Leaders oversee regional teams of Staff Workers, plan national conferences, and drive forward regional and national initiatives.
Ministry Support Staff look after the legal, financial, administrative, communication, fundraising and IT needs of the rest of the staff team. Looking after the admin for events, publishing our magazine and prayer diary, managing personnel needs, looking after the website and meeting with supporters are just some of the things you’ll find them doing to keep staff workers on campus meeting with students.
'Minterns' are recent graduates undertaking discipleship training for one or two years with TSCF. Working with students, studying theology, being mentored by staff workers – these guys contribute hugely to the work of TSCF and gain skills for a lifetime of following Jesus.

Graduates can go on to be involved with TSCF in many ways – through ‘Catalyst’ they can continue to think about how they integrate their faith with the profession, and how they can be a witness for Christ in their workplace.
Many graduates also continue to invest in campus work as advisors for groups, or financial and prayer supporters.
Academics can offer support to campus groups and students in many different ways. TSCF offer academics support and networking opportunities through Catalyst.
Supporters are fervent in prayer for students and campus ministry, and give to see staff and students equipped with the resources they need to fulfil that mission.
